Privacy policy
The short version
Glowjar has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. Your progress is saved on your device, not on our servers. We only see information you choose to send us, such as an email or feedback from the test version.
Who we are
Tilsimo is an independent game studio based in Türkiye. If you have a question about this policy or your data, write to hello@tilsimo.com.
What Glowjar keeps on your device
- Your progress: levels reached, coins, boosters, album progress and daily gift state.
- Your settings, such as sound and vibration.
- A small play log: when you started, won, got stuck on or undid a move in each level. It feeds the play summary in the test version’s feedback form. On YouTube Playables it is kept only in memory and is gone when you close the game.
In a browser this is stored in the browser’s local storage for the site. Clearing the site’s data or uninstalling the app deletes it. We have no copy.
What Glowjar sends
The game itself sends nothing to us. It does not use advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking tools, and it does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or device identifiers.
Feedback in the test version
The test version has an optional feedback form. When you tap Send, your answers and a short play summary (level reached, minutes played, days played, levels where you lost, and your screen size) open in your device’s share sheet or in WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you choose an app and send the message yourself. We use what you send only to improve the game.
Where you play
Glowjar can run inside other platforms. Each platform has its own privacy policy for what it collects:
- YouTube Playables: the game runs inside YouTube and saves your progress through YouTube’s save feature. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- itch.io (test version): see the itch.io privacy policy.
- Google Play and the App Store (planned): the store that delivers the app applies its own policy. We will update this page before a store version ships.
This website
tilsimo.com uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts, and its fonts are served from our own domain. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site; see the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Mail to tilsimo.com addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox at Google (Gmail). We keep your messages only to answer you and to fix what you report, and we delete them on request.
Children
Glowjar is made for all ages. Because the game collects no personal data, it collects none from children either. If a child has emailed us and a parent wants that message deleted, write to us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Delete your game data by clearing the site’s data in your browser or uninstalling the app.
- Ask us to see or delete anything you have sent us by writing to hello@tilsimo.com.
Changes
If a future version adds ads, purchases, analytics or anything else that handles personal data, we will update this policy before that version is released and change the date at the top of this page.
